MG Midget 1500
Very sound mechanically. I registered it on a French historic vehicle registration (carte grise collection) in 2024. I've redone all the brakes, pistons, seals, rear wheel cylinders and brake pads. New water pump. Carburettors rebuilt with overhaul kits. Plus plenty of other small jobs.
Very pleasant to drive, right-hand drive, a proper British roadster. Heads turn wherever it goes, you won't go unnoticed.
You soon get used to the gear lever being on the left.
Parts are easy to find, some shared with the Mini and Triumph Spitfire.
Original hood present, slightly worn. Original tonneau cover present, slightly worn. Original hood cover. Hard top.
Please note, the cylinder head gasket needs replacing, as I let it overheat. It still starts, though.
