As I would recommend with any T4 that hasn't had its timing belts replaced within the last 4 years or 65, 000 mile this should be addressed.
A complete Gates timing belt kit inc water pump can be sourced for sub £130.
The bodywork is generally solid having had a replacement sill but does have areas of rust, peeling and scrapes etc synonymous with a MPV of its age.
Repair to driver seat base fabric.
Bought for a conversion but not quite good enough for the high-end components I have.
