I am helping a friend reduce his vast collection of cars who has no internet, i will answer any questions i can, or will find the answer from my friend. Please be patient as sometimes it takes time.

It will look 10 times better when washed and cleaned as it has sat for a few weeks under a tree. The interior is in good shape with only a couple of wear marks on the drivers seat and a knob missing on passenger seat, the interior needs a good valet.

the story of this car is it came along from a mutual friend because the clutch was slipping. It is not the type of car my friend would normally have but he had a new clutch and suspension joint fitted and then used it for a while and is now moving it on.

this car was modified by a previous owner and has a full body kit, large bore oval sports exhaust, induction air cleaner kit, de-badged flushed off boot with popper, 18" alloy wheels with 225/ 40r18 tyres with decent tread, black leather heated sports seats, climate control, electric windows, electric mirrors, jvc stereo, "magic colours by hella" tinted rear lights, clifford alarm, what i have listed is what we can see (it took us ages to find out how to open the boot) but there is probably more we cant see as we are not into this customising scene.

it drives well and has loud sporty sound but not excessively, pulls up straight and handles well. There is a large history file in the hand book and has full service dealership stamps up to 2011 and then loads of bills from then on, it also has most of the previous mot's present. Plus the £400. 00 bill for the new clutch just last september. There is a space saver spare wheel with jack and tools in the boot and the car has 2 sets of keys.

                              The not so good bits
there is a crack in the windscreen on the passenger side but does not affect the vision, there is an epc light on but on googling it the description below explains and could be something as silly as brake lights, it does not affect the way it drives.
the central locking is not working but on a quick look while there myself yesterday there are a few fuses missing one being with the key logo and being micro fuses we didn't have any spares to try.
there is a "clifford alarm fob" but couldn't make it work, maybe fob batteries flat?
there is a bit of damage to the front spoiler on the nearside corner and a short split in the rear bumper.
the wheels all have the edges slightly scraped.

All in all this will be a great car with a bit of work, i have tried to describe everything accurately and viewing will be welcomed.

This is what i found out on google about epc.

what is epc?
the epc light will appear on your driving display, often in yellow. This is the area of the dashboard behind your wheel where you’ll find readings on your mileage, speed, and fuel levels. The letters epc stand for electronic power control. Ok, so what does that mean?

this means that there is a possible malfunction in your engine processes. The keyword here is ‘possible’. this could mean a faulty reading, a broken or expired sensor, or a minor or major engine issue. The reasons for the epc warning light being triggered on your display can be from a number of different reasons. However, no matter what, it’s important for you to take your vehicle in to guarantee that your volkswagen car is safe to drive and in good working condition.

why is my epc light on?
one of the most common reasons the epc warning light will turn on in your volkswagen vehicle is because of a faulty engine sensor. Sensors within your volkswagen car can deteriorate over time, causing malfunctions and false readings. Other than that, the most likely suspects to cause the epc light function are malfunctions with your vehicle’s air sensor and brake lights. However, there are many possible causes.

i do have a few more pictures.
