Here we have for sale a vehicle taken in part-exchange for one of our Land Rovers ®. It was owned by an elderly gentleman who could no longer manage getting in and out! As can be seen by the photographs, this MG looks to be in really good condition. It appears that the vehicle was refurbished around 20 years ago and due to the low number of keepers has survived with very low mileage.
The interior appears to be completely standard and in good condition. There is a car cover in the rear boot which is included in the sale.
Out on the road, this old girl drives really well and has a good turn of speed. It is evident that the engine has been well set up & it runs really well on choke when cold and without choke when warm. The overdrive engages smoothly and the whole driving experience occurs without drama or incident.
All in all, we suspect this MG to be in much better condition than most out there, and with the low mileage we think it wraps up to be a good purchase for anyone wanting vintage motoring with a little more speed and comfort than a Series Land Rover ®!
