Suzuki GT 750 A 1976. UK model.
I have had this bike since 2007 but it is not getting the use it deserves so it has to go.
They are only original once. This bike has been gently restored but kept as original as possible. Chrome is original good condition see images. Condition very good restored.
Most ordinary bolts replaced with stainless but the original S logo bolts are with the bike and all original. Various special fasteners replaced with stainless reproductions. Originals are with the spares.
All black metal tin-ware grit blasted and zinc metal sprayed to halt any corrosion. Etch primed and painted (seat pan, airbox, battery box, toolbox, rear mudguard).
OEM steel seat pan has the original cushion with a new cover. The original cover fixing lugs are all good so an OEM seat cover could be fitted. The original OEM (very rare) metal seat trim strips will come with the bike. They are not fitted as do not want them damaged.
Air filter box is complete with filter frame and seals.
Carburettors ultrasonic cleaned and fully rebuilt. New rubbers inlet and outlets are replica Suzuki pattern from Cruzinimage, Japan. Old rubbers are with the spares box.
Engine is original and running well. It's not broken so its not fixed. Pulls really well. Finish see images. Engine paint is original. Side covers polished alloy. Starts easily on kick or electric starter.
Oil pump pull rod is 4mm stainless with rose joints at both ends. Original pull rod is in parts box.
Ignition coils new on new mounting plate. OEM coils with original cast bracket in spares box.
Ignition is Boyer Bransden with specially turned backing plate and special wiring loom insert. Original connectors and CB points are in the spares box and can be refitted if required putting it back to standard.
Generator regulator is new. Original relay and rectifier are in the parts box.
Exhausts are period Allspeeds with the correct continuous curve header pipes.
Front wheel is new old stock original Suzuki chrome.
Rear wheel is original rim and hub rebuilt with stainless spokes.
Mudguards and all chromed parts are original OEM chrome.
Swing arm is chromed 1970's style. The job was probably done back then.
Rear shocks are Hagons it handles much better than standard. OEM shocks in good condition stored with spares.
Front forks fully rebuilt, cleaned and new seals fitted. Rubber gaiters fitted to protect the chrome legs. There is NO pitting damage.
Brakes fully rebuilt with new seals. Second set of calipers in parts box. Hydraulic hoses are braided Venhill type. Original brackets for rubber hoses in parts box. Front brake light has a hydraulic switch. All switch gear works. Gear indicator fitted but does not work. Replacements can be sourced.
Luggage carrier is an original Suzuki accessory.
Also have a set of tank decals unused.
Original exhausts in need of restoration are available at extra cost.

This is a 43 years old bike, there is no warranty given or implied. It has been sympathetically restored with updated ignition and charging systems. It will be sold as seen cash or banker's draft on collection.
