Here is a 1968 Honda CB250 K0, a model only produced in the 1968/ 1969 period, so getting quite scarce. The bike is a genuine UK machine, very tidy with excellent chrome & mechanically well sorted. The bike now has the more reliable K4 engine which was fitted back in the 1970's by a previous owner. There is a log book file from the DVLA listing when the engine was changed and has been completely stripped including the gearbox, the crankcases cleaned and flushed out and reassembled with new bearings, DID cam chain, new adjusting slippers, replacement camshaft, and rocker arms. The cylinders have been recently rebored with new pistons, rings etc. Anything that was needed was replaced with genuine Honda parts mainly from David Silver The bike has new electronic ignition, new pattern silencers, various parts have been rechromed, a rear grab rail has also been fitted. This particular model did'nt originally have indicators but now have been fitted for safety for today's traffic. The tank and side panels have been repainted, the front wheel has had new spokes on the original DID rim. The frame has been powder coated recently and a brand new wiring harness fitted along with a new battery. Carburettors have been serviced with overhaul kits and new genuine Honda air filters, new rear chain, new Metzeler ME tyres front and rear, new cables and other various bits & bobs. The bike starts and runs great although will require running in. Now registered as a historic vehicle has free road tax & is MOT exempt. Comes with a large file of receipts and paperwork. ** May px or swap for a CB77 needing restoration **
