Model Brooklands Coupe
DESCRIPTION
The Bentley Brooklands Coupé is a coupé version of the Bentley Arnage. As a hand-assembled car made in very small numbers, employing traditional coach-building techniques and craftsmanship skills in wood and leather, the Brooklands Coupé is the true successor to the discontinued Bentley Continental R and T. Lifetime production is planned for 550 cars, and deliveries started in the first half of 2008. It was featured on Top Gear in series 11 by Jeremy Clarkson, and due to the car having so much torque, one of the car's tyres blew out during a power slide after prolonged aggressive driving with its traction control off. It can achieve 0 to 60 miles per hour in around 5. 0 seconds, and a top speed in the region of 183. 9 mph. With an optional Carbon fibre-reinforced Silicon Carbide (C/ SiC) ceramic composite braking system with 14-inch SGL Carbon brake discs (only fitted with 20-inch wheels), the new Brooklands offers more stopping power than any other passenger vehicle currently available for purchase.
This low mileage Bentley Brooklands Coupé was supplied new by Bentley West Country in 2009 - in the intervening years the Brooklands has been regularly serviced by main dealers or leading Bentley specialists to the current mileage of c. 45, 000. The Bentley is beautifully finished in dark metallic blue with an Autumn leather interior complimented by a light-coloured veneer to the dash board and door cappings. This fine example is supplied with the relevant book pack and registration documents. All in all a fine example of possibly the most refined gentleman's coupes of recent times.
Note: Interested parties should note the registration number is not Included.
