Description
I bought this car in 2010 as an original DS19, turned out to have a later DS20 engine and some Pallas trim. Engine has been rebuilt and all the hydraulics renewed in fact a full mechanical overhaul. The work was carried out by Citroen Classics in Staines, since then she has covered 6, 000 trouble free miles until she suffered a fire that started in the wiring under the bonnet. This has destroyed anything combustible under there including melting the carb and rocker cover. Damage extends as far back as the dashboard, which has melted! Left wing is dented and the bonnet has a hole in it.
The bodywork is sound other than as mentioned above apart from some rot around the 'C' pillar. The next job on the list was to replace the roof lining and upholstery, all the materials have been acquired to do that £850 and are included as are a reconditioned clock and numerous other spares and manuals. email for more photos, to view or with any questions.
