1968 Triumph Vitesse Estate
This is the only known survivor on the road of a reputable 14 Mark 1 Triumph Vitesse Estates. These were sold by special order and were built at Standard-Triumph's Service Depot at Park Royal in West London. The cost of this car when new was twice the price of a standard Vitesse, which at the time was the same price as an E-Type Jaguar. The car was first registered to a dealer in Brixton on 12th January 1968 then sold to a solicitor in Sudbury (Wembley) on 9th October 1968. A further 6 owners later the car was mine. I cannot take any credit for the restoration on this car; the previous owner did the work on it and it has been on the road about 15 years which is testament to the hard work he carried out. This car is classed as Condition 1 by the Triumph Sport Six Club and the Agreed Value for this car is £40, 000.
