Odometer Reading: TBA

* Bodywork restored
* Presentable interior
* Charlesworth coachwork
In the 1930s Alvis built its reputation on cars such as the SA16. 95 saloon, and this Charlesworth-bodied example, believed to be a prototype one-off, reportedly presents well but, more importantly, is said to have had much work carried out to the body frame, meaning good shutlines and panel fit. Paintwork is reported to be good and the engine bay smart. The interior is smart, tidy and shows no signs of maltreatment and the seat facings are pleasingly mellowed. On the road it is reported as starting, running and driving well. Offering comfortable pre-war motoring at a fraction of its contemporties this prototype Alvis comes with a good history file and it offers a great opportunity for any intending Alvis owner.
