Own a piece of history! The much sought after original Colin Chapman designed Lotus 7 which embodies the Lotus philosophy of performance through light weight and simplicity. This is a Series 4 version from 1971 which was intended to be more luxurious than its predecessors. There is even a map reading light and an ashtray!
The first owner purchased the car from new in 1971 and kept it for 7 years before selling it to the second owner who kept it for 41 years and from whom we acquired the vehicle. Recommissioned by our friends at Tiger Racing, this lovely car now has gleaming, unblemished paintwork in the original Renault yellow. All the electrics have been checked and are working as intended. The original 1599cc Kent engine starts on the button and burbles nicely.
