1996 Subaru Impreza WRX Gravel Express
Very rare Subaru only 400 ever produced and only 9 known in the UK currently.
112, 000km = 70, 000 miles
Imported in 2005 with only 2 previous UK owners, imported to Ireland where it stayed until about 2011 then over to Brighten for the next 7 years of its life and then in my possession.
The car turns 25 years old in December this year so becomes a legal USA Import opening a huge market for Export
Private plate N666 JJL will be removedand original plate put back on N879 BRC
From Experience owning multiple Subaru’s I would guess 260-280bhp…
Engine & Gearbox-
Full engine rebuild in 2014 list below: (receipts to prove)
• Polished 2. 0 Litre Crankshaft
• ACL Race Line Big-End and Main Bearings
• STI Version 3 Conrods
• STI Version 3 Pistons + NPR Piston Rings
• STI Genuine Head Gaskets
• STI Genuine Gaskets and Seals Kit
Overhaul Cylinder Heads + New Valve Stem Seals
(re-cut valve seats and valve faces)

• API Modified Oil Pump
• Gearbox replaced with an RB5 5 Box

Falken Azenis FK510 tyres made for 4-wheel drive give that perfect all weather performance (only been driven 50 miles)
Spare wheel holder has a space saver in that clears Brembo’s (never used)
Exhaust-
Straight through exhaust Turbo back…
Japspeed High Flow downpipe 3” and then 3” all the way back, centre resonator, 3” blast/ shotgun pipes out the back
Custom made by Infinity Exhausts (receipt to prove)
Interior-
• Classic STI seats in the front

• Genuine Original Nardi steering wheel

Slight bad points-
• Slight paint fade on the roof in patches, mainly front corners above windscreen (not whole roof just patches)
• Could do with an alignment as only done by eye by myself when coilovers installed but drives perfectly fine
MOT ran out today (23. 11. 20) reason for not renewing is just do not use the car anymore, I have a daily driver I bought when my daughter was born and worked from home all through lockdown so just been sat in garage and taken out for a few shows. Can MOT car if necessary but I know it will pass no issues as only ever needed bulbs and brakes(normal for any car)
Open to any offers and discussions about the car, the work its had done and anyone more than welcome to come and view it, I am open to returning some parts to stock (oem) if thats what you would prefer etc...
