1978 RS2000 road rally car
Engine standard 205 block, injection head, new single 45 Weber, twin cable, Lynx manifold, new Ashley single box exhaust, Ally rad and electric fan. Strut brace and gusseted.
Gearbox 5 speed type 9. Ally braced Atlas axle 4. 6 LSD, 4 linked with pan hard rod.
Bilstein front struts 190lb +inch springs, roller bearing top mounts, turreted bilstein rear coil overs 200lb 14 inch springs. New quick rack, new electrical power steering with adjustable assistance, adjustable track control arms, twin cam anti roll bar and double width kit, bias peddle box, ally sumpguard. New revolution wheels with new Avon turbospeed tyres.
Interior OMP seats, Luke belts, OMP cage, nav footplate drivers heel plate, new rear seat, new Racetech dash, new centre console with auxiliary fuse box and relay box. Timing clock, Two Cibies and covers, ally brackets.
Ally tank, with twin pumps, full firewall, battery in the boot, ally spare wheel holder.
Plus bits I've probably forgotten. Not a show winner, but a strong honest road rally car that's an RS2000!!
