You are bidding to buy, not to come and kick a tyre and then to say it’s not what I thought it was. This is a totally honest description so let’s not waste each other’s time, you are welcome to come and look, crawl under it and all over it and I can take you out for a test drive as it is fully road legal, taxed and tested until October 2021. It is a Ford E350 Tiago Arrow, 6 berth, 3 doubles - 1 big and 2 mediums. It is registered as a 1998 model with S plate, I think it was imported to the U. K. around ten years ago from Japan, there are lots of Japanese stickers and instructions! 45, 000 Miles which I have no reason to think is not genuine. I bought this 5 years ago to tow my race car and sleep in. Although it is fully equipped I have never used any of the utilities. So to be clear it has a cooker, fridge, microwave, sink, toilet, shower & tv - I have NEVER used any of them and cannot vouch for any of the items. It has an lpg tank and generator to run the items mentioned. The vehicle is petrol, NOT lpg/ diesel. It has a 7. 5 litre engine which is smooth and quiet, it may not be the most economical but is barely ticking over when cruising at 55/ 60. Don’t forget you are paying £20k less than a modern European camper and that’s an awful lot of mileage to make back! I bought her five years ago from a fellow racer who had used sparingly, I used her 5 times in the first year then put her in a barn for the winter and, for various reasons, despite starting her up regularly, didn’t use her again. I pulled her out of the barn last October to clean, however on bringing her out the starter motor broke so she sat outside for a few weeks where unfortunately I found out she then had a leak round the front window over the cab. The starter motor was removed and professionally refurbed, both batteries were replaced with new items and she was MOT’d, I was furloughed so stripped out the damp wood above the cab, removed the metal supports and rubbed down and painted them, then I was unfurloughed, so now don’t have time to replace the wood and reseal the windows. I have saved the rotten wood to be used as a template, if you are competent with a jigsaw and sealant this is probably a weekends work! Frankly I would reseal all the windows and anything else. Only done about 50 miles in the last 3 or 4 years but seems to run well, although would probably benefit from a service and professional check over before you go touring round the countryside. Comes with various hook ups and electrical boxes. Full towbar and electrics and a ladder so you can walk around on the roof, currently has waterproof tape round the front window to ensure no further leaks before re sealing.
