i have owned the bike for a few months and selling it for something older. Having bought it from a mate who owned it for 8 yrs, it had a new rectifier/ regulator, chain and sprocket, alternator rebuild and a few bits and bobs done 4k miles ago (receipts). it has 73k miles but has obviously been really well looked after and starts and runs lovely even from cold there is no hesitation at all. The bike runs lovely and gear change/ clutch is silky smooth, nice clean paintwork but the wheel rims have some pitting and other parts have weathering as to be expected for a 20 yr old bike, i think they call it patina these days but all in all she’s an old beauty in my eyes and sounds great.
only thing that doesn't work is the oil light because i snapped the plastic cap off the pressure switch.
