Volkswagen Transporter (Kombi) - one of the last units of T1 version produced in 1975. Nick name: "Chernobyl". Very untypical model, transformed into a "party van", with lowered suspension (rat look) and some gadgets, incl. "cyclope" roof lamp and safari windows. An inscription on the window (Ultimo Dono) suggests she was deemed for final destruction - accordingly, she is heavily rusted (especially at the bottom), although still drives. I did about 150 km with her, from Sao Paulo to Bertioga, and later from Bertioga to Santos. Heavy play on the steering rack (120 grades) and air in the brake system. Fortunately the last owner changed her fate and decided that after all she needs to be saved. For this reason most of the replacement parts that must be changed are included in price (brand new floors, sills, crossbars, jack points). Fully EU customs cleared.
