Offered For Sale is my 1999 Vauxhall Arena LWB Van, affectionately known as Ethel.
This is a lovely original example of this rare classic style van.
Running the original 2. 5 Diesel with 5 speed box this has covered just 51, 000 miles, shown within original MOT documentation and MOT DVLA history online, included with some service history in the sale.
Built in collaboration with Renault and Nissan it utilised the same platform as the Renault Master and although wearing the rarer Marque of Vauxhall, generic maintenance and service parts remain easy to obtain.
Bodywork remains original with original paint. There are some marks around the van consistent with being a commercial vehicle but with just 4 owner including myself and light duties it remains a nice example.
The underside, floors, steps, sills and inner wings are solid and without previous repair.
Running gear remains in very good order. I have completed 1500+ miles in this in my ownership, carrying classic car parts as well as using it on a couple of kayaking trips, utilising the full length galvanised roof rack as well as providing a large area within the van to sleep.
This is a great versatile van ideal for use to promote your business, run as a classic daily van or even convert into a retro camper as being the LWB is provides a good load / living camping area.
I'm also including foil insulation, 100mm insulation and 4mm ply sheets if you were looking to fully line the rear (provided but not fitted).
