The Pajero Mini was designed in Japan to "Kei" car specifications, meaning the wheelbase and engine capacity were constricted by tough regulations in order to fall into a specific tax bracket that means they can be driven all over Japan and fit into their incredibly compact lifestyle.
This example does not have the automatic gearbox, instead featuring a sturdy and reliable manual transmission, allowing you to actually get the most out of the tiny engine's rev range. Though it may be limited in its top speed I have been able to use it on all manner of roads including some motorway driving without being totally left behind. It is also extremely efficient, capable of 70. 3MPG according to official figures, and in my experience this is definitely achievable out of town.
The car's interior is in excellent condition with no rips / tears. No stereo is fitted I can do this at the buyer's request should the right price be achieved. The original wheel jack and tool kit remains in the under-carpet storage compartment in the boot whilst the rear seats look virtually unused. The engine bay is immaculate and shows that it has been well maintained and serviced throughout its life.
The exterior has a few scuffs and scrapes, though nothing major. There is peeling of the silver front trim on the front, and a small blemish on the roof. The black trim strips on the roof and under the windscreen have peeled a little, though these could easily be replaced or covered / wrapped.
The wheels are in good condition, though 2 of them would benefit from a quick respray. There is absolutely no signs of rust and the arches are exceptionally clean. Like all Japanese imports, the underside would benefit from a treatment if you'd like to use this all year round.
As an import, this car comes with very little in the way of history, though the V5 is present and in my name, ready to transfer to the next owner who can drive it away immediately (no waiting, no NOVA or importing to worry about!)
