Reluctantly selling my mk1 golf driver 1. 3 8v 1984 in mars red. There are only 79 left on the road, very, very rare model.
it has the original engine, never been rebuilt, and is in amazing condition for its age, no major common rust, solid seals, been very well looked after with yearly mot with 1 or 2 drives a year by previous female owner of 22 years. Done around the 148k mile mark, and has recently been fitted with the following:
- new rear springs
- new battery
- new fuel lines
intentions were to have running with an engine conversion and many more bits for summer and go into restoring all parts as i go along. Fortunately, my business is my priority and at this stage i can not afford to have distractions.
the car is currently on sorn kept in my garage. Mot can be done if vehicle is sold at right price.
i'm looking for a reasonable £7, 495 ono, due to condition, history and value to the next owner. Only serious offers please.
