1985 Audi UR quattro for sale £29, 950
1985 Alpine white UR for sale 20V Converted owned for the last 18 years.
Been dry stored for some 9 years but thought it was about time I did something with it
May 2022
Cambelt Replaced, Coolant Flushed, Oil flushed and changed and new filter.
Prepped for MOT and now MOT’d
2012 (its done less than a 1000 miles since then)
Cambelt, Waterpunp, tensioner.
Subframes removed and blasted and painted.
H&R Springs Fitted
Suspension Legs removed, blasted and painted
New Rear callipers fitted
New Wishbone Bushes, Solid Subframe Bushes and Wheel Bearings fitted
New Back Plates, bushes, ABS caps, CV Boots, brake Flexi’s
It has Porsche Brembo Callipers and larger discs on the front (A Popular upgrade a few years ago)
It was converted to 20 valve in 2009 by Tonks 4x4 The engine was from a 1990 Audi S2 exactly the same engine the RR has, it divides opinion but it’s a much better engine as it has electronic fuel injection, starts easier, has more power and you can still get parts for it.
Body work needs attention, rust around the bottom of the windscreen and wings a few rusty patches nothing awful, underneath looks pretty good, but it is MOT’d and useable I’ve seen cars needing a lot more work up for a lot more!
Mileage is 129837 I have no reason to think its not genuine as I have lots of history but it will rise slightly as I am still using the car when the sun is shining.
Viewing is welcomed, but no test drives unless I have the money in my account.
