Beschreibung
The Rolls-Royce Silver Dawn, was only built for export until 1953. Most Silver Dawns were left-hand drive with the Crewe Standard Pressed Steel four-door salon bodywork. About 760 Silver Dawns were built and 60 of those cars were bodied by smaller coachbuilders. As with this car, Left-hand drive vehicles were always delivered with a manual transmission and a column gear change. The car benefits from the notable upgrade, the six-cylinder in-line 4 ½ litre engine and full flow oil filter, high compression head and overhead inlet and side exhaust valves.
The car is in wonderful original condition with a few age related marks to the body, stunning deep burgundy leather interior, Tool Kit, owners manual. KM speedo would imply a European delivered car from new. Mechanically excellent, ready to be driven and enjoyed. Dutch registration.
