Sought after b230ft 2. 3 turbo engine with m90 manual gearbox - a genuine high pressure turbo example (hpt). in my ownership the car has had extensive work including:
engine and drivetrain:
* fully rebuilt engine (~@211, 000 miles)*
- piston rings replaced
- new bearing shells
- polished crankshaft
- valves cleaned
- gaskets and seals replaced
- timing belt replaced
- water pump replaced
- block and head refurbished
- cambelt and tensioners replaced
- dizzy cap and (uprated) leads replaced
- ngk r spark plugs installed
- clutch fan replaced
- flame trap replaced (cleaned ~@216, 000 miles)
- 1990+ exhaust manifold (without egr pipe)
- td04hl-19t turbo w/ blanket and an lines
- 3" turbo back exhaust w/ 100 cell cat
- manual boost controller + gauge (set at 12psi)
- astra vxr 470cc injectors
- genuine bosch 3" 012 maf (very rare!)
- new bosch fuel pressure regulator
- new bosch (in tank) fuel pump and relay
- do88 silicone piping all round
- new hydraulic engine mounts
- !stage 3 ecu & ezk chips!
- dual mass flywheel replaced w/ m46 solid flywheel
- vw td clutch
brakes and suspension:
- bc racing front and rear coil-overs
- s60r big brake kit (front and rear w/ drilled rotors)
- braided hel performance brake lines (only fronts installed, will come w/ rears)
- 17" compomotive th wheels (also have a set of 17" azev wheels if interested - see pictures)
- abs sensors replaced
- brake dust cover plates replaced
- wheel hub bearings replaced
- oem bushings replaced (fronts only, will come w/ rears)
- adjustable pan-hard rod w/ pu bushings
other modifications :
- front and rear clear lights
- rare egg-crate grille
- new mirrors
- genuine hella lights and fog lights (not installed)
maintenance:
- last oil change ~@214, 240 miles
- air filter replaced ~@215, 500 miles
- fuel filter replaced ~@215, 000 miles
- last coolant change ~@ 213, 000 miles.
- mot till 09/ 22 (passed w/ 0 advisories) - happy to renew before purchase.
- paint is in exceptional condition considering the mileage - and no rust!
everything works except heater. Running roughly 275hp at ~300ft/ lbs. * this is my daily - so mileage is likely to increase*. please don't hesitate to contact me for further details / questions / photos.
