Description
This is my 1966 Toyota Corona RT40.
This car is an early column shift Automatic in very original unmodified condition.
The car is virtually rust free, with no signs of welding or other repairs.
I imported this vehicle from Japan in 2018, it is UK registered. It is currently SORN as I never found the time to use it that I hoped I would have. It is tax exempt, and would qualify to be MOT exempt. There is no current MOT, but I could have one put on for the asking price.
Vehicle starts, stops and drives. I have lots of pictures, and short videos of it starting and moving up and down my drive.
There are two small paint defects that I have left alone for authenticity. These are at the bottom of the C pillars, where the car should have had 'DELUX' badges fitted. The mounting points were skimmed over with filler when the car was resprayed many years ago, which has started to shrink and crack. There is no rust here. Apart from these two badges, the car has all of its other original badges in place.
