1980 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow 2 finished in Honey Gold with Brown hide interior. Covered just 66, 000 miles from new having been first registered on the 1st December 1980 to Mr H G Saunders of Northway House, Whetstone registered HGS 2. Commissioned with extras to include; Brown leather knee roll, Brown leather top roll and front head restraints. Offered with a huge history file; extensive, full service history from new with stacks of invoices from main agents and specialists. Also present is the original handbook folder with stamped service book, the history file also includes every MOT certificate back to 1988. The car was maintained at Rolls-Royce until the mid-1990’s when servicing was taken over by Colbrook Specialists who have looked after the car ever since. Purchased from Colbrook in 1995 by the last owner’s father, the car has remained in the family for the last 27 years. It is hard t over emphasize the standard this car has been maintained to, with recent work including a complete brake and suspension overhaul which comprised of all new dampers and springs, new anti-roll bar and bushes, new callipers, all flexible pipes, new brake pads, new accumulators, new brake pumps and new spheres, the list simply goes on and on, one would surely be hard pushed to find anther which has been so cosseted. This attention to detail is most certainly felt on the road where the car performs simply faultlessly. Cosmetically the car is just as one would expect from the low mileage example which has been maintained to the highest of standards.
