Beschreibung
This is a matching numbers vehicle benefitting from a prior restoration and long term ownership. It has a four speed manual gearbox with the 3. 8 litre straight six producing around 256 bhp.
The car was exported to Germany in the 1990's, where it underwent a restoration, (Photographs showing details of this in history folder) and remained there until 2014 when I purchased the car and returned it to the UK. Since then it was very lightly driven for the first few months (driving very well indeed) and has since been stored in a dry internal storage facility.
The bodywork is finished in Midnight Blue and I would say is in fair condition with some small blisters / fisheyes. Internally it is finished in complementary dark blue leather with matching carpets all in a good condition.
It has the correct 15" polished wire wheels fitted, complete with two-eared knock off hub nuts and fitted with Runway Enduro tyres.
This car is in a good usable condition, and ready to be driven and enjoyed. A fresh service will be carried out before the car is handed over to its new keeper. It come complete with a full history folder showing details of the restoration in the 1990's and full of numerous invoices relating to the car.
This is a handsome example of an iconic sports car boasting matching numbered engine and transmission - a rarity these days.
