911 (997. 1) Carrera S 3. 8. Full service history. Just had service on 12. 04. 2023. Excellent condition, tiptronic gearbox, sports chrono package, Bi-Xenon headlights, climate, black leather electric heated sports seats, leather trimmed doors and dashboard. Immaculate Porsche design wheels recently refurbed with brand new Michelin Pilot Sports rear tyres fitted April 2023. Front and side of the car has a clear PPF wrap (at cost of thousands) to avoid stone chips. Highly maintained and looked after by specialist Porsche garage (JZM) after main dealer, with absolutely no expense spared on this car. At 44, 000 miles the engine was stripped down by JZM and rebuilt (precautionary, not because of any engine failure - all documented) to address potential concerns regarding the well known issue that can occur with IMS failure and bore scoring. The IMS bearing was uprated and the cylinders coated with Nikasil to avoid scoring. 105k miles, drives beautifully and looks stunning, a great original example. MOT until 17 August 2023 with no advisories. New Bosch battery fitted September 2022, new carbon effect exhaust tips. The depreciation on these is now done, these will only be going up in value in the future, particularly for the examples that have had the engine work done to prevent IMS failure and bore scoring.
