Here we have for sale is very rare Tahitian green civic eg hatchback with a manual gearbox.
Supplied new on the 26th August 1994 and was first owned by Shepperton Autoway Honda in Walton on Thames as a demo car. Car was then purchased for previous lady owner by her husband as a birthday present. Car had remained with her since this year 2022, car has always remained in London and used occasionally.

Engine and gearbox are absolutely perfect with no oil or coolant usage, zero smoke and starts everytime.
Recently had a service, oil / filter, new thermostat along with coolant change.
Engine mounts are all tight.
Gearboxes changes are smooth with no crunching or whines and clutch is good.
Drives very well like new with no knocks or clonks, mechanically perfect and starts first time.
Very economical and cheap to run. (fuel/ tax)
Recently has had a new Yuasa battery.
Interior is in good condition for the age as expected, seats and carpets have no rips. Dont think the back seats have been used much at all.
Everything works as expected and headlining is all intact no sagging.
Underneath is absolutely solid with no common rot or rust issues, very clean rear end with solid subframes, fuel tank and around the rear toe arms as per pictures etc.
Front strut towers and slam panel are also solid along with bootlid floor.
still has the factory underseal from when it rolled out the factory back in 1992, again i have pictures.
Bodywork is finished in Tahitian green a very rare factory colour and has an original optional gold stripe along the sides that I've never seen before and looks classy on these civics.
(The only one in this colour currently on the market)
Rear arches are solid with original spot welds present. Has some fading on the roof.
Car is 26 years old so may have the odd mark etc
You will struggle to find a better example of an appreciating classic.
These are getting very rare now and remaining original ones are only going up in value especially in Japan. These egs are very desirable especially in manual, also its fuel injection so not a lot of work needed to swap another engine in if desired. (unlike carb engines etc)
Ideal for a Honda enthusiast, an appreciating sought after classic in totally original condition, get a nice one while you still can. Would make a great daily.
Needs to be seen to be appreciated.
