Exterior: The Giulia Bertone Coupe looks very elegant in this grey colour. The body and paint were done in 2019 and is today showing minimal signs of wear. Rolling on a brand-new set of 15” GTA wheels fitted with new Pirelli tyres. Good chrome and excellent panel gap and fit. The 35-mm lower springs gives the Alfa Romeo 1750 Giulia GT a much sportier look. Underneath the car has been cleaned and painted with black anti corrosion paint. All details in front and rear have been off the car, sandblasted and powder coated.
Interior: The brand-new burgundy leather looks amazing on those Zagato seats. The general impression of the interior is very nice. Everything from the dashboard, wood panels, switches, headliner is in truly excellent condition. The Veglia Borletti instruments are nice and clear, and all fully working. The Alfa Romeo 1750 GT Giulia is a car with big clear glass and when you see the contrast between the burgundy leather and the grey car, it looks spectacular.
Engine: Perhaps the best feature of this Alfa Romeo is that perfect exhaust note coming from the back. The 4-cyl engine feels super strong and very happy, but it is not matching numbers. The slightly lower suspension together with Bilstein shocks give the car a very solid feeling on the road. This makes you want to look for the curviest roads you can find. The entire brakes system has recently been completely revised and a new exhaust has been fitted. This Alfa Romeo GTV is in an excellent state mechanically. Just turn the key and enjoy!
History: The Alfa Giulia was sold new here in Sweden on the 28th of January 1970, but is a year model 1969. It has been very well documented over the years with invoices from the work that has been carried out. Moreover, the last two owners have made some serious investments on this car such as a restoration of the body in 2019 and a new paint. The most recent work is as follows.
Removal of front and rear axles from the car. Have these sandblasted and powder coated.
The final drive rebuilt by specialist
Fitted all new bushings and rubbers front and rear
Complete brake system revised and the callipers rebuilt
New wheels and tyres
New springs and Bilstein shocks
Complete new burgundy leather interior in original pattern
Serviced and ready to go
