Triumph TR6 – Body Off Restoration/ Stunning
The TR6 was introduced in January 1969 using similar chassis and running gear to the TR5 but with a restyled body by Karmann. The “Kamm Tail” square body lines and wider wheels made the new car look aggressive while driving could be an “on the edge” experience. The TR6 represents the final incarnation of the classic British sportscar and provides an utterly engaging driving experience.
Milestone Classics sold this car 5 years ago and are absolutely delighted to have her back to find a new home. The car was subject of a complete “body off” photographic restoration and engine rebuild between October 1992 and May 1994 (5k miles now completed) by a fastidious owner who simply wanted the best car he could create.

On the road the car does not disappoint – it is one of the most responsive and best driving TR6’s we have had through Milestones Classics. The restoration has stood the test of time very well with particularly good panel fit and just the odd stone chip commensurate with light use and enjoyment over the last 25 years.
The dark blue bodywork/ hood/ tonneau/ interior is a stunning combination with an intoxicating straight six soundtrack – you will not be disappointed by this car
