For sale is this viper green, right-hand drive 73 Carrera RS Outlaw, nicknamed the “The Green Mamba”. Weighing in at 1, 000kg and delivering 290 HP, gives this car an impressive power-to-weight ratio for a normally aspirated 50 year old car (the original 2. 7 RS made 210hp).
It was recently brought out of retirement where it was part of a collection of rare cars in a collector’s man cave since 2005. It received a mini restoration with a complete respray, a ceramic protective coating was applied, new decals, brakes were completely rebuilt, Weber carbs reconditioned and thorough service was done.
It was previously owned by the Porsche Club SA's chairman. He won 51 trophies over 10 years.
