1967 MG Midget in very good all round condition, running and driving spot on and comes with a huge box file full of history, it’s really smart looker with recent new soft top with a well appointed interior. Don’t wait for Spring, the heater works fine, get your woolly hat on and go and enjoy those fresh crisp sunny days of winter.

It starts very easily and runs well, pulling strongly through all the gears, it stops very well (see the video) and is steady at speed with no wandering or vagueness. No smoke when pushed hard and no signs of any worrying leaks or drips after a run, we have checked the fluids for correct level and contamination and there's no breathing from the oil cap when running.
Both doors, boot lid and bonnet open, click shut and lock, the windows wind down, the quarter light vents twist, the side lights, head lights and horn wiper, heater fan works. Oil pressure gauge works showing reading well when warm, temp gauge works.
The paintwork is very good, no blisters, drips, runs or noticeable scratches, odd imperfection will be found on very close inspection. Bright work is all good, not new and slightly aged but all fine, “knock on” wire wheels again are ok but show signs of use, spare wheel, mallet and wrench in the boot. The interior is very smart, excellent piped seats, very tidy original dash, little bit of wear on the drivers footwell carpet but no holes. As already started the hood is very recent, no fading or cracks in the windows.
Underside and boot floor are all solid, see pics and video, invoice in the history for new cill’s a few years back and to prove their strength I lifted the car with blocks under the cill’s, not the chassis and the doors still opened and clicked shut when raised.
History files contains many years of service and repair invoices, some for large amounts of work. There are old log books, MG club literature, a Haynes manual, old MOTS, its quite a box full.
It is a classic car, not a new one, needs a couple of bulbs fiddling with, we noticed some very minor play in the O/ S/ F wheel bearing (being picky, see video), the speedo was slow to return to zero after our emergency stop (see video) and seems a bit vague but generally gives the right information. Fuel gauge is possibly not too accurate but did increase when we added fuel.
There are loads of MG’s to pick from, you will not find another this well portrayed with everything you need to know clearly shown and its also very good value for money, a chrome bumper , wire wheel for the price of a rubber bumper, rostyle wheel.
