Very clean car for age. Been in storage so is need of an actual clean. 3 owners from new. 75K miles and is the original engine and gearbox. Starts and drives as it should.
Car is basically a standard 1990 1800cc carb model with fully working electric roof. Paint which is Paprika Red is mostly original. Plastics have been repainted and a repair was done to the fuel filler neck area. The rear boot lid was also painted, as it is a Genuine VW US Spec one, which I sourced and imported. Giving the Cabriolet a factory High Level Brake light and the US larger Cabriolet badge. Very rare in the UK.
There are a few tweaks:
Brakes are 6N Polo Gti Discs all round. With Scirocco Hand brake cables and Audi rear brake hoses. Everything was done to make them appear a factory option.
The cabriolet has been slightly lowered using H&R springs and then sourced a set of original BBS Wheels which were refurbished and new tyres fitted.
Clear Indicators and Euro rear lights have been fitted but still have the originals in the car ready to go back in if you so wish.
In the Interior the seats and door panels are in great shape. All that has been added, are a 12V gauge and genuine Sportline Door Pockets which then hold larger Speakers.
Also comes with a removal Wind deflector over the rear seats and a grey Tonneau Cover for when the roof is down
