Description
Finished in Titan Silver with a grey leather interior, this is a tribute to Alpina’s “wolf in sheep’s clothing” offering. It’s now almost 25 years old, but this is a well-preserved specimen without excessive wear both inside and out. It does however need some additional work, so price reduced accordingly.
Odometer is reading just over 117, 000 miles and three previous owners.
Exterior
The paintwork has good quality finish given its age, with the exception of the o/ s front wing whish will need replacing. The rear jacking points were cut out and welded in September 2022, eliminating a well known E39 problem.
The 18-inch Alpina alloy wheels do have some marks; they are all fitted with premium tyres with good tread left on them.
Interior
There is minimal wear to the driver’s seat and everything else is in an excellent condition.
The build plaque is present and correct, Alpina B10 V8 no. 308.
Under the bonnet
The engine starts immediately, ticks over exquisitely, and revs like a demon. Speed sensor issue causing ABS/ ASC lights to be illuminated.
