Iconic Project Citroen CX 2. 5 GTI TURBO which i am selling on behalf of the owner as he is otherwise disposed, petrol 5 speed manual, black with Vip cloth interior, excellent body, runs, stops & drives, and drives really well !! but this car is a project requiring work, car runs very well, suspension works as it should with recent spheres all round, & various pipework replaced recently. Small rust hole under bonnet, o/ s/ f and also small hole in wheel arch. small hole in n/ s/ f wheel arch and also small hole n/ s/ r, underside surface rust , needs tidying but no bad rot. Bottoms of doors beginning to rust, heater matrix is blown - i have removed it the easy way by cutting a hole in the heater box and sliding it out - now easy to fit { otherwise 18 hour hour job , matrix is - £125 from Chevronics, horn NW, , temp warning light intermittantly on when hot or cold, front o/ s caliper sticky from lack of use, interior light NW, this car has been stored & neglected but is the non sunroof model & is surprisingly solid, requires an enthusiast & time spent will be a 10k plus car. Motor excellent, clutch good, gearbox excellent, rolling resto or spares car although needs to be saved. I must stress this car requires work & time, come & see & satisfy yourself. In light of the work required reduced to - £1995 or offers. 77, 000 genuine miles. History file available once owner out of hospital in the new year.
