We are very proud to offer for sale our super rare Ducati 888 Team Racing bike, the first Ducati Superbike of the modern age and founding example of the glorious golden era for Ducati.
This exceptional motorcycle was one of only two race bikes used by Mauro Lucchiari who rode for the Grottini team assisted by GPM in the 1993 World Superbike Championships. The bike is supplied with a covering letter from Ducati authenticating the bikes history showing that it was purchased from the "Laux" collection and serviced and overhauled by the Bursi Evolution Workshop and an original paddock stand.
It is extremely rare to find such a historic motorcycle in it's original racing configuration. This Ducati is one of the rarest Ducatis, a true relic of the companies racing pedigree and is without doubt worthy of the most discerning collection.
