Another WRCC Minor that we couldn’t resist bringing back upto the Yorkshire Minor Centre when we were offered the chance of buying her back.
This time its this lovely 1970 Maroon B Traveller with Refurbished Cherokee Red interior sold to her previous owner by us in 2020 and she has only covered 250 miles since!
The car has been previously stripped underneath, checked and refinished and is still in great order with no rust or Rot.
Her Maroon B paintwork is in very good clean order and was refinished when she had the new Ash frame fitted, which again is superb.
Since arrival we have fitted a set of newly reconditioned wheels with brand new tyres.
Inside the car has new carpets, two reconditioned Cherokee red seats and a new boot and head liner, the rest of the cars trim is in very good order, she also benefits from having a sought after Banjo steering wheel fitted.
As well as oil pressure and water temperature gauges.
Mechanically the cars 1098cc engine is spritely and pulls her well, her suspension is smooth and passed the famous WRCC bumpy road test (see Youtube Video) and she benefits from having a good ribbed gearbox with no knocks or whines from the transmission.
The Minor also has a catalogue of extras fitted when she left the first time including Disc Brakes, Servo, Alternator, Electronic ignition, battery isolator, remote reservoir and electronic washer pump making for a modern driving experience in a very classic car!
