1966 Mustang GT Specification Convertible bought directly from 3rd owner in the US - shipped to UK Jan 2016.
An outstanding original, restored classic that can be started easily & driven smoothly to any event near or far and with complete confidence regardless of its 57 years of age. It’s last 23 years in humidity controlled bubble.
Still with the original A code engine & drivetrain & panels the car is in drive-to-show condition having spent the last 23 years in a storage bubble holding the originality in perfect suspended state.
HISTORY
A true A code, understood to have started life as a dealer specification GT. Built in Ford’s New Jersey Metuchen plant it never left the State until I purchased. Dealer applied underseal before 1st delivery & clearly kept off East Coast roads in the winter, it remains in outstanding original shape. And with custom Pony interior.
This car comes with history going back to 1978 inc £5000 invoices for upgrades & overhaul 2 years ago.
