Stunning recently restored LHD MK1 Escort RS2000 This is an original German LHD RS2000, it's is currently with just its 3rd owner and before restoration it had been off the road in a barn since 1983. Large history file with the car from its time in Germany to the UK. The restoration was completed by Montescort to very near concourse standard with restoration with reciepts for over 30k spent on the car. Exterior finished in it's original star dust silver with blue decals which is now a rare colour to find in these MK1 RS cars. From factory it was fitted with a group 1steering wheel, a half roll cage and harnesses, all backed up by the original paper work. The engine has had a full rebuild to standard spec and comes with its airbox and very nicely detailed, it is not matching numbers but was changed in Germany with a correct German RS2000 engine. The car is on the key and drives beautifully, ready for summer. A great investment, these classic Fords only ever seem to increase in value.
