This Hi Cap 110 Land Rover Defender has been owned by a friend of mine who was going to turn it in to a camper but plans have changed!
He purchased it from a friend of his where it had been used on the family willow farm to collect the wood used for making cricket bats!
When purchased it was a typical farm wagon that had an MOT but many advisories!
It has since been gone through mechanically by 4W Motors in Solihull with approx £3500 spent.
The chassis and bulkhead are in superb condition.
The bodywork carries many battle scars from over the years but wears it well!
Only 4 owners in total.

Works in January 2023 included the following
Removal of front wings to aid inspection. Chassis steam cleaned and mechanical wire wheel stripped of paint and surface rust.
Full rear crossmember replacement. New steel fuel tank
Rear wiring loom removed, tested and repaired as required.
Front n/ s spring hanger removed due to corrosion and full new section welded in place.
Chassis painted in epoxy mastic two pack black chassis paint.
All 4 axle hubs stripped down. All wheel bearing replaced, 4 new brake discs, 4 new brake callipers and pads, brake pipes replaced in copper.
Engine full service. New cambelt and tensioner, New drive belt and tensioner. New clutch slave cylinder.
New front prop shaft
4 new shock absorbers, bushes and front galvanised turrets.
Windscreen wiper links, pivots, motor and mechanism replaced due to seizure and compromised action.
Road test and MOT.
Wheels replaced with a set of genuine Wolf LR MOD wheels and new Cooper Discoverer Mud and Snow tyres.
Seats refurbished with new old stock original bases.
New Bosch Battery fitted
