Rover Mini 7 – Top Specification/ Low Mileage/ Low Owners
Instantly recognised around the world the Mini is an iconic car. The Seven was the final limited edition from Rover when production ceased – just 374 Sevens were manufactured - and the last car rolled off the Longbridge production line on the 4th October 2000.
This Seven special addition was designed to evoke the character of the original 1959 models and this car captures the Alec Issigonis space cheating design and legendary road holding perfectly - the car really does bend the rules and straighten the bends.
Milestone Classics are delighted to market one of the nicest, most original Mini’s you could wish to own. The car came to us from the fifth owner and has covered just 15k miles from new. I drove the car back to West Sussex from North Yorkshire and she was an absolute pleasure to drive, never missed a beat and received toots and waves the entire journey!
The Mini was originally purchased on 11th January 2001 (3 months after production ceased) from Beadles (Eltham) Ltd for the princely sum of £8, 218. 95. The first owner retained the car for three years when, at the age of 85, he immigrated to Cyprus.
The next three owners were all from the same family daughter – father – son and the car was only sold in 2018 when twins arrived - the family simply outgrew the car. Around this time the car also appeared in an episode of Antiques Road Trip with Peter Andre & Joe Paschal.
The Solar Red paint work with colour coded red/ beige seats/ carpets, red dash & leather steering wheel is all excellent. As the car is a "Seven" she also comes with 12" pepper pot alloys and retro look chrome bumpers & grill.

The exhaust note is addictive and on the road the car is everything an original mini should be – torque steer in first with tyres scabbling for grip (if desired) OR a stunning classic to be polished, used and enjoyed with backup from one of the best and most welcoming car clubs in the UK – the London to Brighton Run in my minivan is my favourite club event of the year.
