Colour dark green combined with a brown leatherette interior and black carpet. The Volvo 121 features a delightful mid-1950s American styling and a very robust construction.
Being the successor of the rugged PV444 it was built for many years alongside the PV544 which was an up-rated PV444.
The two-door P130 model was presented in 1961. Being a lighter and sportier model of the robust 121, the P130 was the car of choice for rally drivers.
The rugged B18 four-cylinder engine has a power output of 75 bhp and it transmits its power via a four-speed gearbox and rigid live axle to the rear wheels. This Volvo 121 Amazon is a driver car in good mechanical condition. The bodywork shows signs of use and age and colour differences on the right panels. The interior sports very nice original leatherette in very good condition.
