A photo documentation is available. The engine was also serviced and recalibrated and the suspension revised. A current appraisal certifies the vehicle as in excellent condition (grade 2). There are various invoices for the restoration and subsequent maintenance since the restoration as well as the above-mentioned documents and photos (on CD).
An Alfa Romeo Montreal which is in excellent condition thanks to its recent restoration - a real dream car, just as the brand's advertising promised back in the day.
The Alfa Romeo Montreal was presented as a design study by Bertone at the 1967 Expo in Montreal. It was drawn by Marcello Gandini, who also designed the Miura, the Countach and the Stratos. Due to the positive feedback, Alfa decided to put the model into series production, which took another three years until 1970. The V8 engine was adopted in a revised version from the "33" racing model. By 1977, just a little less than 4000 copies were made. The Montreal is still an eye-catching and very beautiful car today and has gained more and more fans over the years and thus become one of the most sought-after Alfa models in the classic car sector.
