1939 Frazer Nash BMW 321 - unique - only RHD example known to survive
An older restoration that presents well. A most useable motor car that is of course VSCC eligible.
- First registered 22nd June 1939
- Reg number KMT 771, matching engine with chassis
- A total of 15 of the type 321 were imported and sold by AFN Ltd in the UK
- As confirmed by the BMW Historic Motor Club this is the only remaining one of this model
- Believed to be the only right-hand drive version in the world
- All owners known, the first family from 19 39 until 1969, the second from 1969 until 19 76 and then the vendor’s family from 1976 until present
- Restored by the vendor’s father with the help of Denis Jenkinson (A letter from Denis is in the car's history file)
- Currently running with a replacement gearbox (believed to be from a Volvo) However, the original gearbox and other spare parts are included in the sale. An opportunity to acquire a most interesting and unique BMW with known history from new.
