The quintessential leaf sprung, ‘lights-through-grille’ Land Rover. The early Series I Landys were often derided as being underpowered and many models had their 1. 6L engines replaced with the 2. 0L unit as has happened with this example.

The vendor states the Land Rover was used by a farmer in Lincolnshire solely ‘on-farm’ for the first 30 years of its life, explaining why it was only first registered in 1982. Our vendor has owned it now for 38 years and has completed a restoration over the course of his ownership. It is now ready for its next custodian to use and enjoy.
