Description

This is quite an opportunity, this really is a cracking car, subject to over £24, 000 of expenditure in the last 10 years.
Finished in its original factory bronze with stunning dark tan leather interior and beautifully refinished walnut trims.
The car starts instantly and settles to a purposeful idle, on the road it is smooth, quiet and decently rapid, with the power steering and uprated brakes making life easier for the driver.
The overdrive gearbox make for relaxed cruising at legal motorway speeds.

Some of the expenditure is as follows:

2014: Full Aldridge leather trim kit, professionally fitted (£10, 000)
rebuilt front suspension, 123 electronic ignition system, Kenlow fan kit (£1450)

2015: Heater box rebuild with new matrix and motor, jacking points, washer motor, fan cowl, fuel pump (£1326)

2016: Full engine rebuild including unleaded cylinder head (£4426. 32)
Gearbox rebuild, new clutch including all hydraulics, mounting rubbers, gearlink bushes, carb overhaul kits (£1884. 34)
New brake disks front and rear, Coopercraft front calliper kit, new rear brake pistons, new wheel bearings (£1171. 70)

2018: 5 new 72 spoke chrome wire wheels (£1175)

2019: new diff pinion seal, change oil and service (£614).

2022: Fit new rear springs, rebush rear suspension, fit new adjustable rear shocks (£888)
remove manifold and replace core plugs, service and tune (£596. 93)

There are quite obviously other things that have been done as you look around the car that there aren't invoices for, ie, it looks like pretty much all the chrome has been rechromed, all the woodwork inside the car has been beautifully refinished and there is a full stainless steel exhaust system fitted!

The paintwork isn't perfect, there is some microblistering on the front wing tops and other small blemishes here and there, but you do have to look closely, please see the pictures.

The car has been stored in a "Carcoon" storage tent for the past 18 months, this is to be included in the sale if the new owner wants it.

There is a large and well organised history file with the car which includes all the invoices, heritage certificate, old buff logbooks back to 1963, mots, etc, etc.

Price includes a service and new mot.

Please see our website for many more pictures or call for a chat about the car.
