Offered here is a lovely 1992 Nissan Pulsar GTiR which was imported into the UK in 2002 and has only had 2 owners since. This example benefits from some modifications to the engine, including fully forged internals, HKR Super AFR / Fuel device, Gizzmo Electronic boost controller as well as uprated brakes and fully adjustable coilover suspension.

Showing a modest 57, 000 miles and only 2 former keepers on the logbook, with the same owner registering twice under a personal name and a company name. This GTiR has been evidently well cherished throughout its life. The previous MOT certificates confirm this by showing no advisories over the past 15 years. The interior upholstery is in lovely original condition and is largely unmarked. There are some minor signs of micro blistering starting to show on the rear arches, however this can easily be caught and rectified.

These cars are fantastic fun to drive and are rarely seen on British roads today. The Nissan Pulsar GTI-R was designed and manufactured in Japan for the Japanese Domestic Market (JDM). Production ran from August 1990 until November 1994. The total number produced during those 4 years was 13, 842. Over 5, 000 of them were produced in the first 12 months (1990-91) in order for Nissan to fulfil the FIA Group A World Rally Championship homologation requirement at the time (which was 5, 000 units in 12 months prior) for the model to be eligible to enter the WRC. Possibly the best car to enjoy flicking through the gears on the English ‘B’ roads whilst listening to a fantastic burbling soundtrack. Japanese cars from the 1990s and 2000s appear to be the current trend at the minute and prices aren’t showing any sign of slowing down, so snap this one up whilst you can.
