This barn-find 1957 Jaguar XK140 MC Roadster is an original matching numbers example just out of long term ownership and storage. This Jaguar is among the desirable Special Equipment or “SE” models, as denoted by the “S” prefix to the chassis number. This example was also fitted with the optional C-Type cylinder head, which increased engine output to a stout 210 bhp. In all, approximately 2, 028 left-hand-drive XK140 Roadsters were factory equipped with both the SE package and C-Type head, a combination often referred to as the “MC” model. White with black interior. It's been off the road since 1967. An exciting project in need of straightforward restoration. Lots of potential and well worth the effort to restore.
