Here we have a nice Triumph Stag that had been restored from the owner before the last who had the Stag for 25 years he put it away the last few years of ownership due to old age and left it in his garage starting the Stag up now and then until he got to old, it was then passed onto a friend of his but due to many classics he never got around to sorting the few bits that needed doing he only had the Stag for a couple of years before we acquired it.
We have had the Stag started and shows good oil pressure and replaced the oil and filter, we have also replaced the fuel lines to carbs due to old age, we have put a good battery in the Stag and it now moves under its own power.
Could do with better rear bumper due to rust, Petrol tank we have removed to clean and to put back with fresh fuel, a working petrol pump has been fitted. The overall body is good having been restored before with just a few small area needing work. This will be an easy project to improve as you go.
We are going to give the Triumph Stag a full valet this week and then will be adding pictures.
It comes in a lovely Carmine red with the saddle tan interior which really goes well with the paint colour and was registered 01/ 02/ 1974 comes in Auto with the original Stag alloy wheels.
