A very fine example of the original Mazda Miata NA in a rare configuration.
This is a limited edition of 300 units with many original features.
Aesthetics: - Black paintwork - Red interior with leather seats with speakers in the headrests, red door panels with aluminium inserts and twitters for the sound, red carpets - Red soft top - Mazda audio system with cassette player, CD player, electric aerial and equaliser, a must for the 80s and 90s!
- Electric windows and mirrors - Boot opening from inside the car - Boot spoiler - BBS wheels (real), also top of the range at the time For the 'mechanical' side: - Bilstein suspension - Self-locking axle - Cruise control - Power steering This is one of (the?) highest levels of equipment to be found on a first-generation Miata (NA), and the colour combination is unique to this limited series.
Aesthetically, the bodywork is in perfect condition, with no corrosion either around or underneath, including the original rocker panels (photos available).
The soft top is as good as new.
The seats are in good condition, with some wear to the driver's seat.
The carpets are in very good condition.
Mechanically, it is in great shape with a rather low mileage for this model, 115, 000 km.
Distribution and water pump have just been done.
The tyres are new.
It is registered in France as a collector's car, which means it is eligible for the ZFE in major urban areas!
This is a very fine example of a collector's model, which is growing all the time, in a configuration that is both sporty (suspension and self-locking) and luxurious in its equipment.
Please don't offer to exchange it, I don't want it.
And if you don't have the budget, or very close to it, you should know that I don't absolutely have to sell it and that there are others on the market that are more affordable.
