2000 Triumph Legend TT
The Triumph Legend TT was launched in 1999 and sold through to 2001. It comes equipped with the renowned 865cc 3 cylinder Triumph engine which is the star of the show.
The model continued Triumph’s line of Classic Triples and is a custom cruiser with a laid-back style and lower seat height. The 865cc Hinckley triple engine was detuned from that in the Trident and Trophy and produces 70bhp but with improved grunt. The retuned motor produces just the right blend for this cruiser styled machine.
Our bike was first registered on 30 June 2000 and will have an MOT on sale. It is in lovely condition for the year and the deep metallic green/ silver contrasts well with the black engine cases. It has clearly been well maintained which is consistent with the exceptionally low mileage of 14, 100 backed up by previous MOTs. It comes with an aftermarket screen which suits the bike well, in addition to leather saddlebags. Whilst with us we have had the bike serviced, replaced the spark plugs and added a new battery.
These machines are quite rare in the UK with relatively few for sale; ready for some summer cruising on something a bit different.
